The Bitcoin In Africa Show was created to give voice to the leaders of the Bitcoin Movement happening across Africa. 

 

The goal of the podcast and community is to provide education, insights and thoughtful conversations to deepen our global audience's understanding of the global use case of Bitcoin all across Africa. On the Bitcoin In Africa  Show, we connect with Bitcoin only StartUp Founders, Bitcoin core developers, ecosystem builders, and influencers to tell Africa's Bitcoin story.

Charlene Fadirepo is a banker, a former U.S. Federal regulator, and a Bitcoin activist with 15 years of experience in the traditional finance world. She is a financial empowerment speaker, Bitcoin educator, and consultant who helps retail investors, business owners, and non-profit leaders learn about the promise and potential of Bitcoin.

 

Charlene supports banking institutions through her digital assets consulting firm, Mango Digital Strategies. Charlene is deeply passionate about the social justice and human rights use case of Bitcoin in the U.S. and all across Africa. She is the Founder of the Bitcoin In Africa Show, a digital Bitcoin education video podcast dedicated to amplifying the leaders of the Bitcoin revolution in Africa.

 

Charlene is a co-author of the best selling Bitcoin policy book, Bitcoin & the American Dream, and the author of a Bitcoin children’s book called Sade’s Satoshis.

Charlene has been featured in Time Magazine, Forbes, Yahoo Finance, CNN, Coindesk, Business Insider, BBCWorldService and was named one of 5 Women to Watch in Crypto by Next Advisor. Charlene studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Virginia and has a Masters in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
